1. Compliance with law
You may not use codelace for illegal activity, to facilitate illegal activity, or in a way that violates the rights of any person or entity. This includes violations of privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, export controls, sanctions, anti-spam, or data protection laws.
2. Security abuse and unauthorized access
You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network;
- probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without express authorization;
- interfere with service integrity, availability, rate limits, or protective controls;
- use automation to evade billing, quotas, trial controls, or access restrictions;
- upload, transmit, or generate malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code.
3. Harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
You may not use codelace to create, promote, or facilitate:
- fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive business practices;
- harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or targeted abuse;
- sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, or grooming content;
- terrorism, violent extremism, or instructions for violent wrongdoing;
- self-harm promotion or instructions designed to facilitate suicide or serious injury;
- unlawful surveillance or collection of personal information.
4. Content and data rights
You may only submit prompts, files, or other content that you have the right to use and process. You must not use codelace to infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other proprietary or personal rights.
5. High-risk uses
You may not use codelace as the sole basis for decisions or actions in contexts where a failure, hallucination, or service interruption could reasonably cause death, serious bodily injury, or other severe harm, unless you implement appropriate human review, controls, and safeguards and all applicable law permits that use.
6. Abuse of the service or other users
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, or provide service-bureau access in violation of your agreement;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority to act for another party;
- use the service in a way that materially degrades other users' experience;
- circumvent monitoring, logging, or safety mechanisms implemented by codelace;
- attempt to reverse engineer or extract non-public aspects of the platform beyond what law clearly permits.
7. Enforcement
codelace may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may suspend or terminate accounts, block requests, remove trial credits, cancel transactions, preserve evidence, or disclose information to relevant parties where reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect the service, or comply with law.
